- 1 1/2 cups chopped prunes
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups flour
