- 1 tablespoon almond butter (** Note: can use another kind of nut butter or tahini as well)
- 2 tablespoons hemp seed hearts
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 2 medjool dates, pitted & chopped
- 1 handful of greens (spinach and kale) ** optional
- 1 cup coconut water (** Note: you can use any nut milk, or water)
- ** optional scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder
