Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) Vegetable oil
- 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) Pure maple syrup
- 5 Tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) Peanut butter
- 1 Cup (16 tbs) Rolled oats
- 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) Hemp seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Take a small saucepan, heat up vegetable oil and pure maple syrup mixed together. Add in cocoa powder and cinnamon to the mixture.
- Stir over medium heat until all the ingredients are brought to a full boil.
- Once boiled, remove the pan from the heat and mix in peanut butter and rolled oats.
- Sprinkle in hemp seeds and finally add pure vanilla extract. Mix all these in the saucepan to combine thoroughly, making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly.
- Then, using a spoon scoop out portions of the mixture onto a dish. Place the dish with the scoops of mixture in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
