Nonstick cooking spray

lettuce leaves
- In medium bowl, with fork, lightly mix all ingredients except cooking spray, buns, and lettuce leaves. Shape mixture into four 3-inch round patties. Spray both sides of patties with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat skillet over medium heat until hot. Add salmon cakes, and cook about 5 minutes per side or until golden and hot. Serve on buns with lettuce.
