No Bake Chocolate Hemp Cookies

Hemp hearts, hemp protein and pumpkin seeds make these a protein packed, satisfying snack.

Ingredients:

  • * 1/4 cup coconut oil (only butter i an acceptable substitute)
  • * 1/4 cup natural nut butter (like almond or peanut)
  • * 1/3 cup toasted coconut
  • * 1/4 cup raisin
  • * 3 tablespoon large flake oat (certified gluten free if celiac or
  • gluten intolerance)
  • * 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • * 2 tablespoon hemp heart
  • * 2 tablespoon hemp protein powder (if you don’t have, add extra 1-2
  • tbp oat)
  • * 2 tablespoon pumpkin seed
  • * 3-4 tablespoon honey (4 if you like a sweeter cookie)

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it just comes together
  2. Form into 10 balls, refrigerate for at least an hour to let it come together. Store in fridge and enjoy.
