Hemp hearts, hemp protein and pumpkin seeds make these a protein packed, satisfying snack.
Ingredients:
- * 1/4 cup coconut oil (only butter i an acceptable substitute)
- * 1/4 cup natural nut butter (like almond or peanut)
- * 1/3 cup toasted coconut
- * 1/4 cup raisin
- * 3 tablespoon large flake oat (certified gluten free if celiac or
- gluten intolerance)
- * 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- * 2 tablespoon hemp heart
- * 2 tablespoon hemp protein powder (if you don’t have, add extra 1-2
- tbp oat)
- * 2 tablespoon pumpkin seed
- * 3-4 tablespoon honey (4 if you like a sweeter cookie)
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it just comes together
- Form into 10 balls, refrigerate for at least an hour to let it come together. Store in fridge and enjoy.
