Ingredients:
- 1 package store bought sugar cookies
- 3 pints sorbet: mango, raspberry and coconut (or any flavor you like)
Instructions:
- 1. Using an ice cream scoop, place one scoop of sorbet onto a sugar cookie. Taking another cookie sandwich the sorbet between the two. Smoosh slightly so that the cookies stick together.
- 2. Put back in the freezer to set, for about 10 to 30 minutes.
