A smoothie chock full of goodness and absolutely delicious as well! I call it my Monday Morning Smoothie because sometimes I get off track with being healthy on the weekends and this smoothie gets me right back to feeling great. Of course, you can have it any day of the week :)! It has 400- 500 calories so I treat this like a complete breakfast, full of protein, carbs, and natural (fruit) sugars.
Ingredients:
- * 1 banana (frozen, unpeeled before freezing)
- * 1 c organic frozen blueberry
- * 1 c unsweetened almond milk
- * 1 tb almond butter (no sugar added)
- * 1 tb hemp seed
Instructions:
- Place bananas, blueberries, and almond milk in blender.
- Add almond butter and Hemp seeds.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Drink up!
