Great paleo and 30 Clean grab and go snack/mini meal to help keep you fueled and focused
Ingredients:
- * 1 cup of pitted date
- * 1 cup of almond
- * 1/2 cup of sunflower seed
- * 1/4 cup of hemp seed
- * 1/4 cup of almond butter
- * 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- * 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions:
- Soak your dates in warm water for 20 minutes. Drain and then place them in a food processor for a few seconds.
- Remove dates and put them in a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients into the food processor and process for 10-15 seconds.
- Add the dates back into the food processor and process until mixture is fully combined.
- Roll into balls and store in the freezer.
