This creamy and refreshing smoothie is loaded with protein and tastes just like a classic PB&J!
Ingredients:
- * 1 cup frozen red grape
- * 1 medjool date, pitted
- * 2 tbsp hemp heart (hulled hemp seed)
- * 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
- * 1 tsp chia seed
- * 1 handful spinach
- * 1/2 cup cold water
- * 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
