package red beets
1/4 c.
canola oil
2
large eggs
1
box fudgy brownie mix
1 c.
chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13- by 9-inch baking pan.
- In food processor or blender, puree beets and canola oil until smooth. Add eggs and box fudgy brownie mix. Puree until very smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into pan.
- Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out almost clean. Cool completely. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
